Cooper Family Pictures 2016

Drum roll......I finally found time to download beach family pics!

These aren't all of them, but the ones that I am okay with.

Cooper wasn't feeling the beach photo session as you can tell.....he can be so photogenic, but just on his terms. Everyone else looked great though, and I'm happy we were able to get this done in such a beautiful setting!

Robot Teeth

I'm afraid Griffin has inherited my terrible teeth.

Thankfully, our first experience with dental work is behind us!

Drew left in the wee hours of the morning yesterday to take Griffin to meet Dr. Gardner and an anesthesiologist for repair of his 3 cavities. I was sad to not be there with them, but after hearing about the injection and the blank stare Griffin had on his face before they took him for his IV, I think I'm glad I didn't go. I did get to spend the afternoon with him while Drew went back to work and thoroughly enjoyed the extra snuggle time.

He was pretty proud of his "robot teeth" as Dr. Gardner calls them, but we also discussed how even though they are cool.......we don't need any more!

May Monthly Update

April showers brought May showers.

We've had a lot of rain in May. It's a good thing the house is closed in. Actually almost finished! We are a month out from moving in and have been busy shopping and making all the interior decisions. We feel extremely blessed to be able to build a house, but at the same time we are exhausted......and ready to relax. I haven't been able to put much time or energy to our Cooper family beach vacation at the end of June, but it is quickly approaching as well!

Cooper has really made some major gains in the speech department. He has started imitating any word he hears. Maybe I'm just starting to understand his language? He is still so sweet and so much fun. Unfortunately, he does still find that crying or screaming loudly is the quickest way to get our attention when his brother won't share or he isn't getting his way.
He likes to get in on the wrestling matches with his dad and big brother.
He likes to be held.

He likes to read books.
He loves popsicles.
He loves animals.
He is VERY kissy with his dad and it is really adorable.

Griffin had an interview, as promised.

He is so funny.

 More May fun:

When Uncle Brent caught this black snake, Griffin was SO afraid of it that he mostly hid in the truck. Cooper though, loved to feel it's scaly skin.

A couple leftover T Ball photos.

Drew will kill me for posting this, but it was too sweet not to. I'm so happy that it had uploaded. I thought I had lost it forever! This was our sleeping arrangement for a few weeks.

Mr. Daredevil loves being up at the new house

New phone = fun videos!

Griffin loves riding the horses. I usually just set him on bareback to lead him around, but one evening we actually got to saddle them up to ride. I'm hoping we start doing fun shows when we find time this summer.

Drew and I celebrated our anniversary with an overnight trip in KC. We furniture shopped all day and had a fun evening to ourselves.

Memorial Day get together with friends
