Mark it down........we spent out first night in the new house on Friday, Drew's 33rd birthday.
It wasn't a relaxing weekend since there is a to-do list a mile long, but we all have enjoyed the first few days there.
The morning routine was a breeze today. It might be because we are in a new, spacious home. Or it might be that Drew and I didn't have to lean into and share the same mirror, me putting on makeup, while he brushes his teeth over the sink.
We partied on Saturday with friends and family at the Bounce House in West Plains. It's hard to beat some good strenuous activity, arcade games, cake, and nothing to clean up!
Since he loves animals and tractors, we decided on a farm theme. I was so happy to hear that we could get a cake from Beth's Bake Shoppe (she was on vacation during Griffin's party). I took some stickers and farm scenes in case the little ones got worn out, and also made up little bags of quarters so that everyone got a chance to play some games. It seemed to be a major hit with kids and their parents.

For his invitation, I had a mini glamor shot session by the barn one night........that smile can turn any frown upside-down!
