Griffin "graduated" during this year's daycare benefit and program. They do that for the kids who are starting Kindergarten in the fall. It was special because the high school workers who are graduating this year were 2 of my kids' favorites, Aubrey & Shay. These girls also babysit at our house. One is moving off to college and the other is staying local to get a 2 year degree with A+. The boys would be super sad to see them both go! Neither of the boys had any show stealing moments. We were a little nervous since Cooper was at the age when Griffin had the crowd rolling.
We are still super thankful that daycare is an option for our small community. The love they show the kids and the care they give them would be hard to top!
Easter pictures for this year went really well. It isn't nearly as painful as when they were smaller and would need to be driven to the location in diaper only so they didn't ruin their clothes. Cooper is actually wearing the salmon colored shorts from the Cooper family beach pictures of last summer. They fit pretty good a year later.
We hosted Easter lunch after church for the first time. Afterward, the boys hunted 63 eggs that I had stuffed. I failed at getting any photos during the egg, hunt which is a shame because Cooper was really focused and excited to find them. We did get a couple pics in our go to photo spot.
Had every intention, but STILL did not get eggs colored this year. 2018 is the year!!!
PBR in West Plains has turned into an annual event. This year the Gettys family came along. We had dinner before, and the kids were thrilled to watch the action. No one got hurt, so that was a success.
