Honeycutt Family Vacation 2018 - Part 2 Dakotas

The last part of our trip was spent in the Dakotas. We stopped on our way to Pollock and did several fun things. Mount Rushmore and Badlands, of course. We also went through this drive through park near Rapid City called Bear Country USA. 

The boys and I had never seen Pollock in summer. The Missouri River is gorgeous and some the best fishing out there. Each of the boys caught their very own fish. It was a fun few days. 

It happened to be Dairy Days in Campbell County and I was able to run the 5k in town. Here was the official race map. 

I also met this nice girl from Bismarck. 

My pictures got out of order, the Badlands were before we ever got to Pollock but it's such a chore to rearrange that they will stay like this.
