Preschool Graduation

The elementary school had an official ceremony for the preschool kids. They walked in, sang songs, received some awards, and left "crossing the bridge" into Kindergarten.

Griffin did great. He's never been too shy to sit in front of a group of people, and it was packed. Grandpa Don, Grandma Kathi, Grandma Pat, and Grandpa Bill even came to squeeze into the bleachers to watch.

Here they came:

Mrs. Donna has raised Griffin from the time he was 8 weeks old in the daycare nursery. They are pals.

The beginning of Griffin and Kaelyn's school careers!

We didn't get a photo with his teacher, Mrs. Thomas. We did one with the aide, whom he loved, Mrs. Kym.

 Good job buddy!

Daycare Benefit & Graduation 2017

Griffin "graduated" during this year's daycare benefit and program. They do that for the kids who are starting Kindergarten in the fall. It was special because the high school workers who are graduating this year were 2 of my kids' favorites, Aubrey & Shay. These girls also babysit at our house. One is moving off to college and the other is staying local to get a 2 year degree with A+. The boys would be super sad to see them both go!

Neither of the boys had any show stealing moments. We were a little nervous since Cooper was at the age when Griffin had the crowd rolling.

We are still super thankful that daycare is an option for our small community. The love they show the kids and the care they give them would be hard to top!
