Halloween Fun

Due to his annual trip to the Dakotas, Drew missed the city of Cabool Halloween parade/activities last weekend. We managed without him of course, but he was a little jealous to hear that he missed Griffin winning a prize this year! They decided he was "Funniest Costume" for the 2 and under age group. He is a pretty funny boy. 

if the yellow hair spray would have shown up on Duke,
we would have had a "Pluto" with us too

The night before Halloween, we hit the fall festival put on by our church. Griffin was big enough this year to actually run around.....and he would have stayed much longer to do this over and over had we let him. Let's hope next year he will be able to climb the vertical wall on the other side by himself, that was a challenge!

Halloween night was spent visiting a few friends and family, showing off the costume when he felt like it, and us trying to make sure he got as little candy as possible......but failing. It's a good thing he likes to brush his teeth. I'll just continue to hope he doesn't get my weak enamel and start having tooth trouble early!
